“The Barcelona World Race is the first and only regatta sailing around the world to two (two crew members per boat). It is a non-stop race in which aid is allowed but subject to rules. The Barcelona World Race 2010 / 11 is the second edition of the race. the first was held in the year 2007/08. the third edition was held in 2014.

The arrival of the first is scheduled to end March 2011. The tour is from Barcelona to Barcelona for the three capes – Good Hope, Leeuwin, Horn – and the Cook Strait, leaving Antarctica to starboard. The approximate course length is 25,000 nautical miles, 46,300 km, the shortest path on the surface of the Earth. ”
