LOTUS POSTURE
Time: as long as you want until you feel you are relaxed @. (We recommend you do it on a carpet)

1. Sit with your back straight and legs crossed.

Time: 10 to 20 seconds (we recommend you do it on a carpet)

DOG FACE DOWN POSTURE
Time: 15 to 20 seconds (We recommend you do it on a carpet)

CHILD´S POSTURE
